Our programmes feature chances to identify what you want to do next and we give you chances to meet and shadow people doing it. Work in a small group with up to 7 other people in the same boat. Bravestarts founder, Lucy Standing, will be facilitating the workshops.

Lucy Standing is a chartered psychologist and current Vice Chair of the Association for Business Psychology (the professional body raising standards in the application of best practise psychology to the world of work).

A 6 month group programme, with 12 hours of expert-led workshops and 12 hours of small group coaching sessions (max. 8 people).
