Work in a small group with up to 7 other people in the same boat. Bravestarts founder, Lucy Standing, will be facilitating the workshops.

Lucy Standing is a chartered psychologist and current Vice Chair of the Association for Business Psychology (the professional body raising standards in the application of best practise psychology to the world of work).
